The Ark resort project was developed by Russian firm Remi-studio with the assistance of the International Partnership of Architects’ program Architecture for Problems Relief. The dome-shaped resort is constructed with hardwood archways, steel cables and wires and a ”self-cleaning” plastic layer instead of glass. The slinky-like Ark resort can be designed to suit both land and water. It is developed to stay going in the event of fulfills or rising waters.
